SHIPPING
Please note : All items currently available in our store are open for pre-order. The estimated shipping date is from March 1, 2024. For items that are sold out, you can click on "Notify When Available" and enter your email address to receive a restock email when the items are back in stock.
Packages will be sent to you in chronological order of the order placed time. For any information regarding shipping methods, carriers, delivery times, etc., please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page.
ORDER TRACKING
To track the status of your order, please enter your order number, email address, or phone number in the fields in the Track My Order section in the menu.
Standard orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed before 1 p.m. PST will be dispatched the same day, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that it may take up to one hour for your order information to be updated after validation.
VIEW YOUR ORDER HISTORY
If you have a customer account, you can view your previous orders. All orders placed while logged into your account can be viewed. Please visit My account.
FIND YOUR ORDER NUMBER
Your order number appears at the top of your order confirmation email, sent within 15 minutes of your purchase. It also appears in the shipping confirmation email, alongside the tracking number of your package. You can also find your order number by accessing My account.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do privilege codes work?
The promo code or discount code is sent to your registered email address. You can receive it when you subscribe to our e-boutique, during summer and winter sales, on your birthday, and for certain special occasions, etc.
Has my order been taken into account?
As soon as your order is validated, you will receive an order confirmation email to notify you a few minutes after your purchase. Please note, our email may end up in your spam folder.
If you have not received this email the day after your order, do not hesitate to contact our advisors by message on WhatsApp (+33 07 65 83 91 45) or by email via our contact form. You can also click the online chat tool "Chat with us" on our site. We will be happy to let you know the status of your order!
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?
No worries ! We give you the possibility to modify or cancel within 30 minutes after validation!
For that :
- Go to your “My Account” area, “My Orders” section
- As long as the "Modify/Cancel" button is visible, you can proceed with the modification or cancellation.
- Click on the button, choose the reason for your modification or cancellation and validate.
- You will receive an email confirming the modification or cancellation and will be credited again with the amount of your order.
If the button is no longer available, we invite you to either refuse the package at the time of delivery, or to return it to us using the label provided in your package.
Once your package is returned to stock in our warehouse, you will be automatically refunded within 10 days. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service .
When will my favorite piece be back in stock?
Stock additions made regularly to the current collection (depending on the pieces). Please note: during sales, there are very few.
We therefore invite you to register for our waiting lists. To do this, click on “Notify when available” at the desired part, enter the size and your email address before confirming.
As soon as the model is available again in the chosen size, you will receive an alert email.
Can I buy tax free?
We are sorry, but tax free delivery is not possible on our e-store.
